Sault and welcome to French Fridays week 23 where I am sharing everything French that I’ve loved the past week in style, food, beauty, finds, and favorite places in Paris to know.
French Style
French women love to wear floral skirts or dresses in the summer season. Stay cool and chic with this red floral skirt and knit tank. French Recipe
One French dish we love to make in our house which is quick and easy is Crêpes. London loves to request these for dinner with ham and gruyere cheese. Then for dessert, we either put a favorite jam on them or make a beurre-sucre (butter and sugar).
My favorite recipe to use for crêpes is from my friend Beeta at Mon Petit Four. They are simple to make and we do have this crêpe maker we use, although you can also just make them in a pan on the stove.
French Finds
If you love to have picnics as much as I do then this Parisian picnic basket is perfect. The navy stripes on the interior lining are so cute. The basket is fully insulated and has 2 double top handles and shoulder straps.
Favorite Places In Paris To Know
Brasserie Lipp is a Parisian institution located in Saint-Germain-des-Prés since it opened its doors in 1880. Over many years it became a staple in the heart of the 6th arrondissement serving classic French dishes.
Lipp was also another frequent hangout of famous intellectuals and artists of the 1920s and it continues to be successful to this day. Steeped in history and tradition, this is a classic Parisian brasserie, where the ambiance says it all.
