I have an ongoing list of quintessential French bistros in Paris that I want to eat at, and Bistrot des Tournelles is one of them. The menu looks small but perfectly French, and the cafƩ curtains hanging on the windows are charming and inviting. This is exactly the kind of bistrot to order a classic French dish with a glass of wine and enjoy the evening.
